Missing... the sun
I have a sudden urge to write and explain all the things that have been going on in my life in the last 10 days. But it would take time and I don’t have any right now.
It snowed in Sarajevo last night. Can you believe it? In April.
The city is cold and white, the lights are hurting my eyes but that’s probably to do with the last nights drinking and not the snow itself.
My exams are going well, I am happy waiting for some exam results, I am fairly happy. Planning to graduate until September or October, hopefully.
My personal life has suddenly taken a huge turn. I have been out every single night for the last week. And it’s not the usual going out and having coffee or a martini but serious hanging out, drinking partying… real student life :) don’t tell anyone.
I was a bit down due to the way things have been progressing in my personal life. Loosing a friend, arguing with people, trying to avoid gossip and setting people straight. It’s definitely been an interesting week.
The weather seems to suit my mood, cold, white, soggy.. maybe it’s the drinking… I have to cut back on that… next month…
I got a new hair cut, got new highlights, got a new BLOG to read, something which is hilarious (in Bosnian and English) and fantastic. I got a new music collection of some Latino Café Chill out music which makes my hormones run and my body all tingly and wanting to move… I have been dancing way too much recently… shame my dancing partner is far away…
I have some nice news as well: I got my reservation for Singapore. I am leaving on the 28th of July and since 29th is my b-day I will be spending my birthday there. I still have to figure out the details but I will be there for a month or so. I can't wait to go.
I think I deserve a break from everything.
The horoscope is looking good this week. Apparently I will gloat with positive energy and spread happiness around. The sun will shine, they say. I hope they are right.
I need some sun, everything else I just fine.. .

The sun really does warm you up to smiles when it shines...dancing is also great to get moving...forgetting everything bad and just play and have fun. Being a child again. Love your blog. I'll be back :)

I am missing the sun too! it's cold in Sofia now. But most of all I'm missing you and Sarajevo! I can't tell you how often- anytime, all day long. I'm missing the walks, the cofe breaks, the shopping we used to have, the beautiful views from Sarajevo, the friendly people- everything! Loosing a friend is bad, but remember that you have one friend you'll never loose- ME!
